Unfold
A fold transition for book foldables. When you open or close your phone, the screen folds with it, from the cover display to the inner display and back.
Get it on Google PlayHow it works
- On phones with a precise hinge sensor, such as the Pixel Fold series, the transition follows your hand as you open or close the phone.
- On phones that only report a few hinge positions, such as the Galaxy Z Fold series, a timed transition plays at each step.
- Unfold draws the effect through an Android accessibility service. A snapshot of the screen is held in memory for the length of one transition and is never stored or sent.
Price
Free to download with a 3-day trial, no payment details needed. After the trial, a one-time Lifetime Unlock through Google Play keeps the effect on. No subscription, no account.
Devices
Unfold runs on book foldables with Android 13 or newer. Flip phones and regular phones are not supported. See the list of supported devices.
